Munich, 13–17 January 2025 – BAU 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for architecture and construction, welcomed over 180,000 visitors and 2,200 exhibitors from 58 countries. The fair focused on climate-friendly construction, modular systems, and circular design.

Key themes included energy efficiency, digitalisation, and sustainable materials. Expert talks explored how to build more with less—featuring architects like Carlo Ratti and Verena von Beckerath.

Wood innovation also took centre stage, with Rubner showcasing large-scale timber projects like the 20-storey “Roots” tower.
